The striking feature of the FREI cross 600 med is its upright training position, which exercises a large number of muscle groups without burdening the joints. The elliptic curve of the pedals ensures gentle movements with thoroughly coordinated arm and leg work. This makes training on this device the ideal compensation for frequently seated everyday routines of many patients. A safety feature automatically stops the movement at the end of training or when training is discontinued before the cool-down begins. The operator can also use the hidden menu to limit the maximum speed.
