Safe training, even at higher loads:
Our counterweight system substantially reduces the weight of the training bar. The hook system stops the bar from slipping if the person training experiences a moment of weakness.
Combined with the training bench, the device permits varied exercises for the torso, arms and legs in a supine or seated position.
